Key Responsibilities

• ✏️ Design graphics for marketing materials, written content, and event promotions

• 🎬 Develop motion graphics and animated elements for videos

• 🎨 Create compelling thumbnails for podcasts and written pieces

• 🤝 Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align on brand visuals

What You’ll Receive

Preferred Skills/Background

• 💻 Basic proficiency in design tools (Adobe suite, Figma, etc.)

• 🌟 Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects or similar)

• ✒️ Digital drawing capability (Procreate or comparable) strongly preferred

• 🔗 Ambition to become a partner/shareholder down the line
