First i conducted on the ground interviews with Electric engineers, with expertise in smart meters, to capture and communicate the maintenance workflow and procedure.

Working with the product team, and in-house engineers we mapped out the current work flow, and identified key opportunities to improve the process.

Building manager Journey:
The Building Manager Journey streamlines the process of managing and upgrading building infrastructure by allowing managers to easily request and oversee upgrades.
Technician Journey:
The Technician Wizard Journey guides technicians through the process of installing and updating energy meters, from providing device specifications to verifying telemetry data.
Building manager MVP
This journey includes steps to search, verify, and add building data, ensuring that all relevant site, building, floor, and room details are accurately captured and updated, enabling seamless coordination with subcontractors.
What i learned
This project emphasized the critical importance of translating complex electrical engineering and smart technology processes into intuitive and user-friendly UI experiences. By deeply understanding the technical workflows creating intuitive experiences becomes much easier
