Designing to platforms, the first enabling the client to request a building upgrade, and request a subcontractor to perform the upgrade.

Technician Platform:

Enables a subcontracting electrician to navigate a maintenance job locating, where in a building an upgrade needs to be performed, as well as walking them through an upgrade and testing wizard for the water & Energy meter.

This project emphasized the critical importance of translating complex electrical engineering and smart technology processes into intuitive and user-friendly UI experiences. By deeply understanding the technical workflows creating intuitive experiences becomes much easier
