The Problem

How might we enable a fleet of maintenance technicians from different subcontractors to Locate, identify, execute and test their prescribed energy meter upgrade. All while enabling our client to remotely audit the subcontractors

The Solution

Building management platform

Designing to platforms, the first enabling the client to request a building upgrade, and request a subcontractor to perform the upgrade.

Technician Platform:

Enables a subcontracting electrician to navigate a maintenance job locating, where in a building an upgrade needs to be performed, as well as walking them through an upgrade and testing wizard for the water & Energy meter.

First i conducted on the ground interviews with Electric engineers, with expertise in smart meters, to capture and communicate the maintenance workflow and procedure.
